The rooms are fairly quiet with view and the staff are AMICABLE. The hotel is on a great location just next door to other restaurants and store as well as Lubec, the easternmost town in the United States.

All in all, it was best base for traveling to Lubec. Everyone was fine and lovely as well as owner. The restaurant was great, I ordered quality dishes.

There was lots of food for breakfast, it was delicious. The room we had included central heating, multi-channel TV, and a refrigerator. The location was marvellous and fantastic, just next door to shops and the best brewery in Maine and local eateries and shops and easily accessible. Furthermore, in the on property restaurant.

The location is marvellous, coffee store and eateries were next to the hotel. Go sightseeing and visit Machias Seal Island, set just a short walk away from the venue.

The bathrooms are a little small.
